A highlight at Rossi & Rossi was an Eleven-Headed Avalokitesvara, Tibet, c. 1400 AD, bronze with gilding and semi-precious stones, standing 130 cm tall. This is one of the largest recorded early Tibetan bronzes of this iconic form of the deity.

A visitor admires ¡§The Vanderbilt Rose¡¨ at Siegelson, New York. The diamond brooch was made in Paris c. 1855 for Princess Mathilde Bonaparte, niece of Napoleon 1, and was later in the collection of Mrs Cornelius Vanderbilt 111, the queen of New York society in the early 20th century.

Carlton Hobbs, New York, reconstructed an entire elegant English drawing room at his booth, complete with a giant 22-foot rosewood table used for a 19th century royal peace treaty, a 400 lb chandelier, a wall-sized bookcase full of books and a hardwood parquet floor.
